FARA NEJAD

I’m Fara NEJAD, a 35-year-old architect with a Master of Architectural Design from Istanbul Technical University, and I’ve been passionately shaping spaces since the early years of my career. My journey into architecture began at a young age, and while studying, I had the privilege of working with some of Istanbul’s leading design firms. This hands-on experience from the very start of my education allowed me to immerse myself in real-world projects, building both my technical skills and my understanding of the industry.

During my early career, I worked on some of the most prestigious construction sites in Istanbul, including projects for the Swiss Hotel, Raffles Hotel, Conrad Hotel, and Fairmont Hotel. These experiences gave me invaluable insight into the construction process, helping me bridge the gap between design and execution. Working directly on-site allowed me to collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, and construction teams, which further honed my ability to create designs that not only look exceptional but are also highly functional and feasible.

After several years of gaining deep industry experience, I founded my own architectural firm in 2017. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to lead a wide variety of projects, ranging from luxury hotel developments and residential complexes to commercial office spaces. My company stands out for its ability to both design and build, offering a comprehensive service that ensures seamless transitions from concept to completion. This integrated approach allows us to maintain the highest level of quality and attention to detail throughout every phase of a project.

At the core of my design philosophy is the belief that every space should be a reflection of its user—functional, beautiful, and uniquely tailored to the client’s needs. I take pride in developing innovative solutions that enhance the way people live and work, blending modern design with timeless architectural principles.
